"I have never had a bad experience here until today and it’s kinda frustrating because one of the main reasons I came here was because of the weekend availability. I came in and was not heard because of the gossip that was going on in the back room. After 5ish minutes I decided to shake the door to finally be heard and met by a women with curly hair and glasses. She asked how she could help me and I said I was there to by flea meds. I usually have to go every month because my puppy is still not 1 and they weigh her to give me an accurate dosage. She automatically asked if I had called it in and when I said no because I always just show up to get it she proceeded to tell me with an attitude that they can’t do that and she needs to speak to whoever was doing that. She offered no help and just didn’t care that I had taken time to drive over there. I’m leaving for a trip and the days I do work I never make it on time to go in so that’s why I go on the weekends. I’m just confused as to why it has never been a problem until now and why she was so rude about it and didn’t offer any solutions. I worked front desk at a vet and I would never treat a customer like that and I have never heard of calling in for a flea pill that they have right at the counter. Needless to say I’m debating on switching vets because this was just very unprofessional."

"Little concerned about the care I received here. I came in due to a minor emergency- the vet came in, felt around, and then left without saying very much to me. His assistant came in afterwards and presented me with a $1,200 estimate for tests I didn’t understand and didn’t even get to ask about. I asked the assistant to bring him back so I could ask questions and after two attempts he came back and talked to me. To be fair, I did a last minute appointment on a Sunday- they could just be short staff but I don’t think I got the best care."

"Dr. Beam and her staff are so kind and caring. They not only were beyond sweet with our cat they were also very patient with my toddler, it made the whole experience much better for me. We will be back for all future care for our little kitten!"

"After a horrible time with other clinic and staff they made my day better. They were kind, helpful and got me in with a same day appt. So thankful for them and the care they give! The receptionist was so sweet. The intake nurse was amazing and the Doctor was Fantastic!! So glad to finally have a vet close to home. Thank you for taking such good care of us."
