"I just finished my egg freezing cycle with Dr. Hariton and cannot say enough good things about him! I was nervous going into this process alone and he made me feel so comfortable, he is extremely knowledgeable and clearly loves what he does. I have PCOS and had a lot of concerns because of that, all of which he was able to alleviate. It's rare to get a doctor you feel genuinely cares about you and that's definitely the type of doctor he is. I was also on a time crunch due to my fertility benefits ending in about a months time and he was able to expedite my process so we got it done on time, I had such a good experience with him overall."

We felt that everyone at the clinic was genuine, attentive, and truly invested in our success with IVF. Dr. Hariton was great to work with - he reached out personally every step of the way to provide explanations, offer insight & opinions when we were presented with choices in treatment (but always without judgment or attempting to steer us in any specific direction), and often just to check in to see how we were doing. "I picked RSC because they are in network with my insurance and have a location in my city. As soon as we started our journey with RSC, we learnt that our doctor is in another city and we won't ever see them in person; the procedures we had to go through for diagnostics were also all over the Bay Area (including a suggestion to go for a 30 minute appointment to San Jose); they said we could do a saliva test for genetic testing and then when scheduling, they said we HAVE to do a blood test... There just have been a lot of miscommunication and lack of transparency from the get go, and that's not what you want to experience in healthcare. We are taking a break in this whole process now, and we'll see if we want to go back when we're ready for the next step."

"My husband and I worked with Dr. Eisman to grow our family from January-November of 2022. We just delivered our healthy baby boy July of 2023. Dr. Eisman and RSC were there for us during an extremely challenging time in our lives. We’re so grateful to them for helping us grow our family. Dr. Eisman listened to what we had gone through prior to working with her. She ran applicable tests and spoke to us about the possible reasons we were having difficulty conceiving. She explained possible steps for us to take. It was a journey, and with guidance, we did timed Intercourse, IUI and ultimately, IVF. We were in no way pressured to do IVF, Dr. Eisman was supportive of any direction we wanted to go in; IVF was what was best for our family. We had a fantastic experience, she is incredibly communicative, and the whole team at RSC is so caring and knowledgeable. We learned a lot throughout the process! I couldn’t recommend RSC or Dr. Eisman enough. We had a great experience, even though it was a very challenging time in our lives. I commend the people, nurses, doctors, embryologists that choose to do this every day, and help others. We are excited to continue to grow our family with the clinic.
