"I love supporting local business, but when you treat your customers terribly, you're going to have them leave you. 10 years of loyalty to this pharmacy means nothing and I will never go back. A lot of these positive reviews are just blowing smoke by the pharmacy employees small town friends, don't buy into it."

"I aim to support local businesses, so I have made it my go-to pharmacy, and I’m glad I did. That said, they’ve cut their hours and are no longer open on Saturdays; this has no impact on my life in that I am retired, but it’s a shame in that it seems as though they’re trying to slowly drive away customers so that they’re forced to close."

"There are lovely people who work at this pharmacy, however customer service is lacking. I just asked them if they can have my prescription ready at 9am on Tuesday as I have to go out of town for an appointment - I was told they’d put a note in the computer but that “it’s probably not going to happen.” I have no one to help me and pick it up for me. Why is it impossible to fill a prescription in the morning for a loyal customer? Makes no sense and not good business practices."

"While attending an event at Mendocino Woodlands Camp, I needed to return to town to seek medical attention. When I mentioned that I'd be going to the local chain pharmacy to fill my prescription, several nurses at the hospital recommended Mendocino Coast Pharmacy as the one they use. Though the staff was friendly, and the wait was reasonable, I was not permitted to use a restroom while waiting for an antibiotic to treat my UTI. The store is quite small, and I picked up the only one of a few items I chose from the shelves. Once I returned to camp, I discovered that one of the bottles I purchased (acidophilus) had been previously opened! Completely unacceptable, and I wish I had noticed it sooner. This store is probably great for locals who can stop in for medications only, but, if you're here from out of town and need any other items you'll be better off at the large chain pharmacy."

"So I was convinced that I needed to change pharmacies by my family due to issues at almost every other pharmacy. Started out fairly well. Now there are issues every single time we go to pickup a prescription. Very rarely do things go smoothly. Seems to me that if you take a certain type of medication there is a bias, an attitude. I don’t need an attitude, I need you to do your job. I certainly don’t need to make three trips because someone gave me bad information. I’m sure most of you have a decent experience but I however am constantly disappointed."
