"Dr. Avala and team appear to be adequate medical providers. I found Dr. Avala's presence uncomfortable and I felt as if my every decision I made regarding my child's health was being appraised and judged. She made a comment downplaying the importance of handwashing in preventing infection to my child that made me question the reliability of her judgement. We won't be returning."

"Office and rooms are very old and outdated. Front desk staff are always rude in person and over the phone- seem to lack care and rush to get off the phone. Very difficult to get sick day appts. Only liked the young NP, who was very nice and silly to keep my toddler engaged."

"Our first experience was good! The office is small but the whole staff was great. We were in and out quickly for my daughters well visit and vaccines, and I’m so thankful NP Lauren Date-Chong caught my daughter’s ear infection after battling a cold for what felt like such a long time. She was great with my daughter and so was the nurse and medical student. Happy our insurance is accepted!"

"I've been taking my children here for 6 years and both doctors are great. However, I'm giving them one star because the office manager over charged me and unwilling to do anything to correct her mistake. Even after I had my insurance call her twice and tell her she had overcharged me. Just wasn't willing to look into her mistake, not helpful at all and very unfriendly about the whole situation. She told me I had to wait 3 weeks for a refund of my co payment.... Wouldn't recommend this office based on this experience. It was such a hassel and stressful having to deal with her."
