"I was told that I didn't exist in their system, even though I have been a customer from near the opening of this store. I had to repeat my name and spell it five times and listen to arguments that I was not in the system. Finally she found my name and birthday and my prescription. None of my other prescriptions could be filled until tomorrow, so now I have to waste my time and gas to come back out here again. I am disabled, there is no easy way to get out of the store without going through a check-stand. I was told that was to keep people from stealing. I told the clerk that it makes me feel like stealing, especially after already paying for my prescriptions at the pharmacy. You'd think they would value customers more than just being despicable animals!"

They get busy at times but that's the way it is at this particular store but they remain kind and do their jobs well. Shondra has been my favorite tech there and always smiling and helpful!
