"It was my first visit and my reason for being there was minor, so not much to really be able to evaluate them, but setting the appointment up online was a snap, the office was clean, the staff friendly, and I was in and out in 30 minutes with prescription. They even called me a couple of days later to see how I was doing and I thought that was a nice touch. Thankfully I was able to report I was doing much better! P.S. I received an email later stating that this location is now permanently closed!"

"Clean, large waiting area. I visited here 2x in one week. Once for myself, and today for my son. Both times we were in and out within 2 hrs. Would have been a 4+ hr wait at the ER or my medical clinic's urgent care. Very impressed with the professionalism of doctors & other staff."

"Clean atmosphere! Extremely friendly staff they truly get what customer service really is! Sandy the NP has amazing bedside manner ,she is very kind ,professional and had me laughing . she has been caring for my arm full of burns (which is really gross) for 7 days now . It’s too bad that she cannot be my primary doctor she’s awesome . And Amanda at that front desk she smiles ,she calls me by name ,she makes sure I’m comfortable , and is always mindful that I am there . So if you really need to go to an urgent care facility they’re well worth it I guarantee you ."

"This place is new and very clean and there wasn't a waiting room full of sick people, so I gave it a try. The staff was very efficient, friendly and courteous. I researched my symptoms on the Internet and the Doctor diagnosed me with exactly the same thing I researched. They sent my prescription electronically to my pharmacy and it was ready when I got there. I will definitely go back to Benchmark the next time I need an Urgent Care!"
