"I called a couple of days ago and it’s hit and miss who answers the phone. If you get the older lady receptionist answering the phone, she will chew you out and is super rude. I will be looking for a new primary care. I always have to walk on egg shells when she answers the phone."

"I’m an active duty service member and I had an appointment scheduled today. Granted it was scheduled a month out. Showed to my appointment and the doctor had his front seat personnel tell me he won’t see me. Said because as of March he wasn’t taking any new patients…but how did I get scheduled. Wasted government money by having me miss hours at work when I could have been saving lives!"
"The doctor and nurses I’ve had help me have been great. Now the receptionist on the other hand is rude and unhelpful. Her demeanor is terrible. She seems like everything bothers her. You walk in and she never helps you right away in fact she acts like you’re not even there. I had to say something once just to get her attention. Now I don’t even bother. They should probably find someone better."
"I've been going here for several years and I'm wondering how the negative reviews could be about the same place. I've had the office open early for me and work with me to understand the billing. I've never waited more than five minutes for Joe Hobbs, making me think there was an emergency that day when someone said they waited for 45 minutes Life happens everywhere. I like the place. They are always nice to me. I think you should try for yourself you may be as happy as I am there."
