"They were the worst people ever seen work in the ENT Uc Davis i’m a person who had the lymphoma cancer in Austin, Texas and over there they were treating me very well but overhear I got a UC Davis ENT clinic in Sacramento that approval from my insurance both insurance I have a Medicare plus anthem Blue Cross and my insurance. They send them an authorization three weeks ago and they approve my referral and today what they said my insurance they denied this when I call my insurance they told me we never denied this. And now are used to have an appointment with them this coming Tuesday with a ENT Doctor then they told me my insurance they denied it which is is not truth. There is something in there in this kind of case I have to investigate all this kind of thing because I don’t feel very well. I have a very bad infection in my nose and the people that work there in the front they play in my mind which is not right I’m not going to be quiet about this situation I thought ENT UC Davis are professional, but I find out this is not a professional thing. I had to make a very big complain about this I’m not gonna be quiet again"

"Resident i seen was dumb. Told me my tongue and throat pain was caused by clearing my throat too much. I went somewhere else months later that found a 1.5 inch tumor base of my tongue. Extremely dismissive to young men with HPV16 exposure, i may die now because of there lack of common sense and knowledge of HPV"
"The receptionist Rachel doesn't care about anything but getting a paycheck and going home and the specialist has yet to get back to me 4 days after an appointment! Not a professional experience at all better off going somewhere else where they actually care!"
