"It’s a centrally located, for LA, hostel that meets the expectations that you should have for one. Nice roof deck. Breakfast was various bread cereal coffee fruits. Everything was clean and people were respectful about noise, except for the person loudly snoring but that’s not the hostels fault. Perhaps a room for snorers only?"
"Yeahhh not really the best place to stay. They have rules and stuff which means you'll have a safe bed to sleep in at nights. But the bathrooms and dormitoriess.. so unhygienic. Esp the bathrooms really smell like PISS. I retched several times out of disgust. Please do something about that odor. But above all, this hostel will throw you off big time by presenting you with a whole flight of stairs the moment you open the front door. NO ELEVATORS. Believe me not lying here. And unfortunately most of the guests have at least one suitcase. Also i have this feeling the staffs fake the reviews. Cuz no way anyone actually thought this place is "clean". The room was very cold at night. And we were given one thin little blanket. But look on the bright side guys. At least you'll have a roof over your head!"
"Upon booking they want to see your proof of traveling onward before you arrive. They had muffins, fruit and coffee every morning. Rooms are super clean. Plenty of showers and bathrooms available given the occupancy and a great rooftop. Staff was very friendly and helpful."
"Great spot if you're looking for somewhere to crash in between getting out & exploring the city. Walking distance to central Hollywood & good public transport links to get you around the city. Staff were great. Super friendly & helpful! Facilities were clean & well maintained, and the roof terrace was a great place to chill out before/after being out & about. All-round great experience for anyone travelling/backpacking, or just needing a no-frills place to stay at a great price. Would definitely stay again!"
