I called in for a physical and they ended up running all these extra tests that were unnecessary and ended up charging me for a bunch of different procedures and didn’t even end up billing for a physical, at all! I had to come out of pocket $1,200. They will Do anything to sneak as much money out of you as possible. DO NOT GO HERE!"

"The Doctor’s are always unavailable and never responds to mgs on their online system. The office manager Lori is unprofessional and serves no purpose. They cancel appointment on the day of the appointment and don’t offer another appointment with a different provider even though they are canceling the appointment on the same day. They don’t do follow up appointment from a ER visit within a few days. They don’t have walk in..."

"This clinic is horrible when it comes for a doctor to compose a very important and time sensitive document for a potential employer. I've asked for this document since July. For the past two weeks I've been calling to check on the status of the document; with every call I get the same answer: " let me put you in hold for couple minutes" and then they tell me that they don't know what the status of the document. MAs are too "busy". I work in a medical field myself, and the clinic is super busy, and we manage to filloit documents or write letter for patients within a week. Today I've spoken with a lady from sutter clinic, she apologized several times , like the previous employees did, but these apologies can't fix my need. She told me she will call herself to needed department for this to be resolved by the end of the day. Guess what, it's the end of the working day, no one called me like I asked. No one is stressing out to accommodate my needs. I don't know why I'm paying a lot for this sutter plus insurance... should of just singed for Obama care, I'm sure they've could of helped me and I could of saved some money along the way. As soon as I get a chance, I'll switch to kaiser. My husband has it, and their service is amazing. He gets same Day appointments, all of the documents are composed the same day that he asks. He had to go through same procedures as I had, it took me several months to be seen at sutter, and he had everything done within a week. He already got his documents ready for the employment within a day, and I'm still waiting months later.... and he pays less for his insurance than I do."
