"Dr. Rodriguez is the best Dr. I've had. But this office doesn't answer their phones! Since 2020 every time I call I am on hold 20+mins. I thought it was due to covid when I started my care here but its continued. I have a line to Dr. R. but sometimes don't want to bother her so I try the front desk, wait 20-30 mins then end up reaching out to her direct anyways. I would not keep going here if it weren't for Dr. R."

"I met Dr Chen this last week for the first time. Dr Chen is going to be the medical /surgical oncologist in the OR when I go to have my breast reconstruction surgery done ( soon I hope) with Dr James Chao, the plastic surgeon that’s doing the surgery, possibly the first of several surgeries I may need to remove my temporary implants and start the process of replacing the temporary implants with permanent implants. I write this review because I was so impressed with Dr Chen for many many reasons. When I walked into his office waiting room I was greated by very nice and efficient front end staff. The nurse who brought me into the exam room was equally as wonderful. I had zero wait time, the staff and the doctor were both very respectful of my time, that’s always a running theme, the wait time and I was seen immediately. I’ve seen so many doctors since this breast cancer diagnosis and treatments have began. I’ve met good doctors, ok doctors and some of the best doctors I’ve ever had or met. I’ve spend over 30 years working as an RN, I’ve had almost 3 years of battling this awful cancer. Dr Chen is one of the best doctors I’ve ever met as a patient or in my years working as an RN. Dr Chen is exceptionally kind, compassionate and caring. I was so anxious walking into his office because during my time as a cancer patient I’ve met some doctors that are uncaring, and not so great. Dr Chen took the time to talk to me about my procedure during my surgery. Dr. Chen will take tissue biopsies to make sure I’m cancer free in my chest wall area. The Dr explained everything in terms I could understand. And he did that without talking down to me, he took as much time as I needed for me to ask questions and anything I wasn’t sure about. Even an experienced RN, even with the knowledge that I’ve used for years, much of that becomes fuzzy because it’s cancer and it’s in my body. Any fears I had quickly faded after speaking to Dr Chen. He has so much knowledge, experience and an incredible bedside manner. I know I’ll be going into the OR with one of the best Dr’s I’ve ever met and I know he will take excellent care of me. I feel fortunate to have Dr Chen as part of my treatment team. He’s a great doctor and a great man. I know whatever happens, however my cancer surgeries turn out, I will have not only the best medical care but one of the kindest and most understanding doctors I’ve ever met."

"Dr. Rodriguez is an awesome doctor. However, my negative review is because I have called their office 3x times in the last 2 days and after spending at least 30 minutes on hold it just hangs up. I want my time back , so 1 star review."
