I called and waited on the line and got answered and got hung up immediately after doing all that work. You need the patience of a god to make an appointment with this clinic. Fix your systems please."

"I am a member here. I’m gonna guess four months ago I came in with severe lung problems I found out I had CPOD I I got a reference to go see a doctor. I called the doctor to try to set up an appointment. I was unable to get a hold of anybody. I was unable to get an appointment at this facility. I told my primary care physician and I told somebody at the center itself that I cannot get an appointment this doctors not answering. They told me they get back to me they never did. It’s coming up on five months and I have yet to get an appointment still waiting."

"They always try to deny me my birth control pills. It always takes months just to get a refill. They violate reproductive rights under Californian law. They should be sued. Don’t go here unless you want your human rights violated"

"I’d give negative stars if I could. I turned in my edd form at the medical records office 4 weeks ago and was told it’d be ready in 3-5 days. I called at the 2 week mark to ask for an update and was told that dr. Moya did not finish filling out my form and went on vacation. They gave it to dr. Goldstein to fill out because it had been almost three weeks and he filled out the form with the wrong information. I was told last Friday to come and get my form and when I checked everything was incorrect. The lady at medical records left a note with the right dates to fill out and this Tuesday I get a call asking what the notes mean. I have to go and talk to them and explain what they did wrong because they can’t be bothered to check the damn form. I go and ask today if it’s ready and I’m told they are not going to give it to Dr. Goldstein anymore to fill out and they are going to wait for Moya to come back from vacation so she can fill out my form. It’s been 4 weeks and I haven’t been able to get my disability form to send it, which means I have not gotten paid. Their excuse is that dr moya was the one that saw me during my pregnancy when that’s an outrageous lie because I saw her twice during my pregnancy. The other appointments I saw different doctors and even just the medical assistants. I wish they would take the complains seriously because the doctors here and the staff in general lack customer service and manners in general. If anyone knows where to file a complaint against this clinic for not doing their job I would appreciate the information."
