"Been coming here since 2002 and it's got to be the best healthcare around. There's always going to be glitches but from long term association, the care is the best from Urgent care, Primary Care, specialties and Occ Med. I've used all and never had a negative experience."

"I should have seen the horrible reviews before coming to this place. I had my insurance retrod affective the first of the month and it was approved and the insurance wanted to fax the office a proof of coverage and eligibility letter so I could be seen. I had an appointment and when I got there, the lady in the front OB office JESSICA would not accept a fax of proof of coverage and only wanted it to be seen in the portal. The portal takes a few days to update. The system is slow. So she turned me away and would not allow me to be seen even though I had coverage. She was super rude to me and then I noticed she cancelled all my upcoming appointments with the medical group! How is that ok to cancel someone's appointments without approval? Wow this lady hates her life and job and takes it out on everyone else!"

"The OBGYN office in grossmont is terrible. I’m an expectant mother, with a history of miscarriage. They scheduled my first prenatal appointment at my 10 week mark, and I urged them to see me sooner. They never return voicemails. They have treated me as if my concerns have no priority. The man I spoke with was extremely insensitive and when voicing my concern for my child said “I’m sorry you feel this way.” I am irate, and am completely displeased with the lack of attention and kindness the staff has. I am not looking forward to my pregnancy journey with Sharp grossmont."

"I waited 10 years to write this review but enough is enough. The office employees here must be immune to being fired, because the last thing they care about is patients and they don't even try to hide it. I cannot believe my insurance people were the good guys that helped me out in my last transaction with them. I have an excellent PPO plan and my deductible is met for the year, but they shamelessly sent me a bill for $700 for an annual physical for my child... when I called to correct this apparent mistake, the "couldn't-be-bothered" administrator smirkingly told me no, my insurance wasn't paying for it, I have to take it up with them - what she left out was, "because she, or her office, couldn't care less". I was livid, but thank God for my excellent insurance for immediately seeing that the codes this office sent were all wrong, even showing them "out of network" - for Aetna! I had told this to the office too but she couldn't care about that either. She almost enjoyed to hear someone -a patient- in distress. Insurance took care of dealing with them. They were dismissive to the insurance too and tried to refuse resubmitting the claim with the CORRECT codes! I guess they wanted the satisfaction of seeing a patient with perfect insurance pay $700 out of pocket for preventative care of a minor... Also it's absolutely true about not being able to see a steady, or any, really, doctor. I've been seeing various nurse practitioners here than a doctor for the last 5 years. I'm taking myself and my kids elsewhere at this point."
