"Quick service for my strep throat. Very friendly staff. Would definitely return. A little difficult for me to find is only reason knocking off a star. Especially in terms of parking. Recommend calling ahead for anyone because they have a lot somewhere where they reimburse. I paid for a lot across the street. My fault for that though."

"Went to this clinic several days ago. Had to wait a whole hour, and then was seen by what I thought to possibly be a nurse practitioner, rather than a PA. I may have been mistaken. Nevertheless, I have had a sore throat for the last several days,, I’m not eating very much because things tasted awful. No other symptoms, I was given a Covid test. I asked if the Covid test will come back negative, will there be a possibility that she called in some antibiotics, because I’m very convinced that it is a throat infection, as I’ve had them in the past. She seem to suggest for me to wait for after the Covid test came back, and then to schedule something with my doctor. She also said that it still could be viral, which I don’t believe it to be the case. The Covid test then results then came back following day and we’re negative. I’ve been tempted to contact my doctor to call in a prescription antibiotic, and spoke to someone twice Who said that they would try to relay the message to my doctor. In the meantime, they scheduled another appointment, which means a second copayment, now $40 is going to turn into $80 for this coming Tuesday. I’ve already been out of work for several days because of this, and the doctor never did call in an antibiotic, meeting that I’m gonna have to wait all the way till Tuesday to have a video visit with a PA. I am very frustrated, and, disappointed, and extremely unhappy with the services. I feel like my medical care, also being an HMO, is not very good at all!"
"I was prescribed antibiotics for what I later found out was just hives. It was concerning that antibiotics was the first suggestion here. The antibiotics prescribed made me sick for a really long time (talking 2 months of stomach pain, dizziness and nausea) and also the appointment felt rushed and like they were just throwing antibiotics at my problem. Will Not go back."
