"Doctor we saw had no patience and spent little time, and made the patient suffering a lot after getting his directed 1000 ml IV fluid within 30 minutes, and the nurse persuaded me to agree against my will silently with what was to be done and she gave wrong medical advice or knowledge."

"My son was much sicker and suffered a lot of pain after the 1000 ml iv fluid given within 30 minutes----the xray was normal before that but showed pleural effusion after that, which result in chest pain and violent cough overnight then huge blood draw, lots of medication and CT radiation the next day. I was so guilty and sleepless for three weeks now, why was I persuaded by the nurse, who gave me wrong medical advice/ information, and why did the doctor have no patience to listen to my concerns or discuss the alternate solution? I suspect it was even the incorrect diagnosis! Why didn't I ask to give me time to think or ask the doctor who only showed up several seconds to come again to answer my questions, instead of asking the nurse!. It was so dangerous to my son who has chronic lung condition."

"They treated me terribly during the worst time of my life. This place was the closest place I could be seen by a doctor. The nurses an absolute nightmare. Especially the charge nurse. I felt threatened and under attack from the moment I went in the treatment area. The nurses were harassing me about why I came so close to closing. The charge nurse told me I was causing my own symptoms and creating an issue on my own. I asked the doctor to not allow the charge nurse back in my room because my symptoms were getting worse every time verbally insulted me (increased respirations, increased heart rate, increased sweating and increased chest pain). She then became disrespectful to the doctor and continued to come into the room to continue to talk down to me. I was blown away. Thank god for the doctor I had that evening. The charge nurse was raising her voice at him telling him to “dc” me home and nothing was wrong with me. He sent me to the hospital, I was admitted and was later diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. That evening I was in an autoimmune crisis for the first time in my life. I just had no idea what was happening to me or the correct facility to go to. To be treated so poorly like I was faking my symptoms and controlling my vital signs was the worst. The nurses had no compassion, they disrespect your rights as a patient and have no desire to help you if they are within 1 hour of closing."

"Arrived at 6 pm on a Tuesday. Staff from the front desk to nurse to xray tech to Dr. Cullen were amazing. Less than 1.5 hours including triage, xrays, doctor visit and splint for a broken hand."
