"This service is great for quick appointments. We utilize this place when we need vaccines or to be seen for minor things like an ear ache. Instead of going to a large full kaiser this makes it easier and faster."

"I spent 3 hours at the Kaiser urgent care yesterday. This morning the nurse practioner at my doctors office made this appointment for me at 3:15pm. I got there at 3 and the receptionist with the braided hair was the most courteous and understanding and helpful person I've had help me in a long time. Nurse Practioner Polina Makedonsky took care of my problem and I was out the door by 3:30pm. Both of these ladies were professional and friendly and I had a really good experience."

"So much easier than trying to get a quick appointment with the doctors office. I usually can walk right in to have my kids sports physical done fast. Every once and a while there is a little wait, because it does get busy. But over all I have been there several times and had no problem. I also like that I can fill my Kaiser prescriptions they give right there in the store instead of having to got to another Kaiser facility."

"Came in at 10 am and got a 4 o’clock appointment.. not a big deal cause that’s same day and no hassle! Came back for our appointment and got in within 5 minutes. Nurse was very kind and sweet. Talkative which I enjoy! And doctor Leah was amazing! She was so kind and down to earth! I came in with my almost two year old son and she was so sweet with him and we were both so comfortable. Our family is not huge on medication unless absolutely necessary.. so I was so glad that she didn’t pump a prescription unless she thought we really needed it. She let me know our symptoms were normal and didn’t need medication! I really, really appreciated that. Didn’t hassle about a flu shot either, which was very appreciated. She was super kind and will be back again(if we have to haha!)"

"My experience here was wonderful. It was a much shorter wait than going to urgent care and less stressful because you don’t have to deal with the feeling of walking into a hospital or medical office. It just feels like a normal trip to Target. No sitting in a crowd of sick people. They schedule us an appointment but also told us that if they are able to squeeze us in between other patient appointments they will. And that’s exactly what they did! My husband and I were both able to be seen by the same doctor at the same time in the same room which so nice. I would prefer this over urgent care any day."
