"I have been a patient here on and off for several years. The reason I give them 1 star is the customer service. I have had several appointments where they have had me waiting in a room for over an hour. I received an apology and understood the first time. The second and third time was a bit much. My most recent experience was with the customer service over the phone. There was a misunderstanding with a lab order and I am in the medical field and last I checked you needed a doctor’s signature for blood work. Apparently I was wrong? However instead of informing I was mistaken I was treated with the utmost disrespect from 3 different employees. Heads-up find a place that wants to keep their customers and is will to help not criticize. And function on time."

"I'm so impressed with the care I received from Dr Koahatsu and her team. I was informed of every step of the procedures by the staff and even offered options that could best suit me. A great collection of staff members; very caring. I currently come to this office for my GYN and cool sculpting, but with such great experiences, I plan to do additional things in the future. "I dealt with Lauren who provided excellent customer service. On our first meeting she stayed late and spent 2.5 hours with us. She explains the process from beginning to end and went over all the pros and side effects. Super honest and we appreciated all the time she spent with us explaining the process. I went to three other places and I was in and out in 20-40 minutes. Lauren made me feel comfortable and was not pushy at all. During the treatment she had explained everything to me step-by-step of what was going on. She is very knowledgeable and very honest and will be there with you every step of the way during your treatment. Great experience with this company because of her excellent customer service."
