"Any office that does not turn their phones on until later in the day, and THEN says we do not listen to messages until the end of the day or the next morning is in trouble. Perhaps the office should mention that policy in their voice mail message. People need an open line of communication to their doctors. Not answering the phone or not meeting the needs of the patient when you finally reach a human is very frustrating. Please train your front-desk people in how to respond to patients who are ill and need a follow-up call from a previous appointment when tests come back. Wating until they can be scheduled in is not the best alternative."

"Awful clinic. When I had my wisdom teeth removed, my dentist told me if I needed medication to reach out to my primary care. I left a voicemail with the clinic and Dr M calls me and YELLS at me and is completely rude saying that’s not how it works. Don’t bother trying to call at 8am, they don’t turn the phones on until much later."

"Wait times were long even with an appointment, which we accepted as a side effect of the holidays and surge of COVID cases. What we can’t accept is our results never came. It’s been over 72 hours. And you can’t call and get anyone on the reception line nor leave a message as the mailbox is full. There is no response from anyone. While my insurance paid for mine, my husband paid outright … and we are currently attempting to find a way to stop payment if we don’t get results sometime today. Additionally, don’t expect to deal with a human if you’re going for COVID testing outside of the individual racing around the line of cars to administer the test. No one answers outside of an automated text message and a text to ask for your money, in which case you must send a photo of your credit card information."

"I just found this doctors‘ office and all in all, I am very happy about the Good service! I came in because of a COVID testing and it was so easy to get an appointment! As you may notice, I am not an American citizen but the staff was super friendly anyways. They took so much time to explain everything to me and it was a pleasure.
