"I'm super bummed out by this clinic! My doctor retired, and I found the Perlman Clinic with great reviews. My 1st visit was through urgent care and was a good experience. Since I completed the imagining, the doctor I have seen has been MIA. I have messaged this, Dr. with no responses for weeks. I have to call and place a complaint just to get the myhealth messages reviewed and answered?!?! Something is seriously broken when technology is making things tougher than it should be and making more work for everyone. By this doctor not filling out the SDI forms from the state, I haven't been paid in over a month now and am going to potentially lose my job."
"Normally the clinic is OK. Today was a major failure. Presenting with high fever for consecutive days and the best they could do was hit lab corp and sample. It felt very much like the B team on a holiday. They recommended go to urgent care, after waiting at urgent care for 2 hours the doctors immediately recommended me to th ER as I’m running a 104 fever. Please take better care of your patients even with Pa’s attending"
"The staff and PA were all terrific at the clinic. Very professional but warm and helpful. The PA listened carefully to my concerns and asked insightful questions which made me feel I was receiving very good advice and care. Thumbs up! However, trying to book an appointment on line was not a successful experience. Also, calling to make an appointment wasn’t any better. So I just drove to the clinic and was able to get in. Lucky me."
"My experience with the Clairemont Perlman Clinic Office Staff has been exceptionally outstanding. The staff are very professional, polite, knowledgeable, willing to answer my questions and go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. At one point, while I was in the process of asking a question about transferring my medical records from one health clinic to another an assistant from a different room, overheard our conversation with my concerns and came out of his office and stated that he would be happy to help me. Amazing ! --- I've never ever received this type of royal personal treatment. while visiting a health clinic.
