"I have nothing against the doctors or even the staff, but have to give it a low star for the systems alone. It is ridiculous trying to get your sick kid into see the doctor but they don’t have their phones on when they open and then you sit on hold for 20 minutes without ever talking to anyone. When you finally do get through and there are no appointments left, you’re told to go to urgent care."
