"I keep getting emails with specials from their office. Today the special was for trezepetide. The price seems reasonable but I curious what the normal non special price was so I called the office. The girl on the phone seemed annoyed when I asked my question. Said she could not tell me the regular price because corporate changes the price throughout the day. I’m gonna call a few other places. Seems sketchy if you can’t tell me what the regular non special price is for an item you sell."

"Have I got a story to share with you. I started going to this weight control clinic about a year and a half ago. I noticed overtime that the staff was changing all the time and I was never seen by the same people when I would go for services. Mind you I went every week for weekly injections. The one time I asked the manager who was noticeably grouchy every time I went if I could have the same girl she huffed at me and said "oh well then you're going to have to wait if you want to have her". Okay fine whatever, I waited. She seems so irritated that I wanted consistency with somebody that I felt comfortable with. Fast forward, I went into the office and grouchy manager lady was being her usual self so I made the comment "maybe if she got some "D" she would be in a better mood". I don't know if the girl that was helping me told her or she was listening and at the door, but she called me at home and told me I was no longer able to come after I finish my services that I had already paid for. At that time I had three weeks left of injections. The next week I showed up for my injections and the injection lady said "she's not allowed to give me my injections anymore". The manager noted my chart that they were no longer able to provide services for me. When I showed concern she went ahead and did it and told me the next two weeks I would have to take them home with me and do my own injections. Considering they take my blood pressure weight and know exactly where the shots are supposed to go, I don't feel like I should have to give my own injections when I don't know what I'm doing. My boyfriend calls to talk to the manager and since she wasn't in the office, the girl at the front desk called her and put her on speakerphone or we heard her ask if I filled out an authorization to do self injections. Since I hadn't signed anything she reluctantly allowed me to come back for two more treatments. It's absolutely horrible service, inconsistent staffing, and honestly they're way more expensive than a new place I found that is almost $200 less for the Semaglutide shot. This place is less than 10 minutes away and the services exceptional. Try Evolve Medical group in Riverside. (Lower prices attached)"

"I normally have a great experience here and Im not sure if Melissa is still the manager here but I am a frequent customer and was very disappointed with the way the girl who worked today in the afternoon 11/05/20 treated me and I know she definitely hurt a nerve in my glute because I’m in extreme pain from the moment she gave the injection I reacted in pain and she just laughed. How is this okay? Please don’t allow her to do this again it was a very bad experience she does not have good customer service skills or know how to give injections."
