"My experience here was ruined by Gloria Coronado. The worst person to be in charge of any pregnancy. She was very mean. Everything else was ok. Also, the app to check messages and appointments never worked and I called for help and never fixed it."

"This health center are so unprofessional, rude and incompetent!! The medical assistant KENIA is extremely rude, and has an attitude!! The office manager Kimberly R. (Who wouldn’t give me the last name) Didn’t help at all!! Kimberly said if my sister need to get preop clearance to take her to urgent care or the ER!! Dr. Tanya E. Bryant did a physical on my sister even though my mother didn’t request the physical. My mother requested a PREOP NOT A PHYSICAL!! Dr. Bryant ignore my mother!! Then Dr. Bryant refuse to sign the perop form!!! Because she said she did not do a physical!! Do not take your family to this health center!! The office manager Kimberly said they do not have walk in at all. Which is a lie!! The staff are not in the same page. They all have different stories!! They are completely incompetent!!! Especially Kimberly R, Keina , and Dr. Bryant. They treated my mother badly just because she does not speak English!!! They discriminate, funny how they are FQHC health center."

"My mom comes here and today she came home crying because she was treated very bad at her appointment that they said she didn’t have. My mom works and she wouldn’t waste a day of work to just show up somewhere with out an appointment knowing she might get turned away. They basically said she’s a liar and that she shouldn’t be showing up with out an appointment but my mom spoke to someone who booked the appointment for her. Which they had in their system. The front desk girl who goes by Elizabeth and has the nastiest attitude was the one who thought my mom didn’t speak English and started talking badly about my mom in English. Do not go here. I will be reporting to the BBB as well."

"Awful experience. Changing provider. The staff are nice but the the doctor who saw me was HORRIBLE! Condescending and sarcastic. Had the nerve to laugh at me for asking questions about my health had multiple side conversations during my telehealth appointment, she kept talking over me when I told her I couldn't hear her properly, and when I asked for a doctor's note she acted like she couldn't get one to me. When I called back to demand one as my employer is requesting it, they told me the doctor could have done one for me during my appointment. Now I have to wait 5 days for this doctor's note."
