"Was pleasantly surprised at being able to be seen on short notice. Facility is clean and staff was pleasant. PA Jennifer was very nice and helpful in explaining my test results and what to expect for my recovery. Everyone stayed really calm during the earthquake that happened while we were there."

"I showed up here for the first time suffering from a nasty sinus infection, and possibly the flu and/or RSV. I am also an out of pocket paying patient at this time. I was quoted a reasonable $150 consultation fee, plus additional, as needed. I showed up mid-day early in the week and waited very little to be seen. I was cared for by the excellent Carol Kwak, PA. She listened attentively to my answers and administered what I thought to be an excellent loom of healing medication. She was also genuinely kind through her greeting. I felt that the service I got here was on par with a premium hospital, rare for an urgent care. I had an X-ray done as well, and the tech was experienced and efficient. He mentioned that he's been doing it for 35 years. What I thought was strange was that the front desk MA came to me to ask for payment before all services were rendered/finished. I expressed my displeasure/concern and he replied with "We have the policy due to so many people walking out without paying, especially when we're busy". I understood the concern, particularly in this day and age of extreme criminality in the state of California. It's sad that one would walk in for help only to rip off the establishment in the end. Moral compass' today. However, I didn't think I looked like someone who would do such thing. However, appearances don't mean anything anymore. I will gladly return to this location and medical services firm. Keep up the good work and thank you for helping me feel better quick! God bless. DR."

"Jan 3. I came to this urgent care center very very sick with the RSV virus. Nurse practioneer Jean Mayuga was very patient and listened to my symptoms and concerns. After a test, complete exam, shot, xray, and breathing treatment - I was sent home with an RX for meds and instructions to rest and recover. Jan 8. I am here for a follow-up with the NP . Although I am starting to feel better I Still have chest congestion, shortness of breath, coughing and wheezing. This virus is kicking my butt. I had my flu shot this year but skipped the new RSV shot."

"Came in, and the staff was amazing and fast. Oscar did my EKG, blood work, and X-rays. That's what I call 1st class service. This is the best urgent care I have been to in this area."
