"I went to Xpress Urgent Care last Sunday night after slicing my hand. Amy was so kind and gentle as she placed sutures to close my wound. She explained everything in detail and answered all questions. There was no pain and she was so quick in providing expert care. My hand is healed with a very slight scar. I highly recommend Xpress Urgent Care and l know great care as I've worked in family practice for 30 years."

"Made an appointment for 8:45am. Checked in early and waited until 9:25am. Receptionist told me I owed a copay of $20 and couldn’t take me back until it was processed, but said their system was down. The logical step would have been to take me back and then process the copay on the way out. It is not my issue that their pay system was down. She couldn’t seem to think clearly on this matter so I walked out without being seen. I went to urgent care because I was sick and needed to be seen by a doctor. I just can’t understand why this process would have taken almost 45 minutes! I have great insurance (PPO) and they could have billed me if their system was still down."
"When I walked in and went to check in they the staff was not very welcoming or helpful. I should have just left then. The waiting room was uncomfortably hot and the cloth seats were stained. We waited 45 minutes after our appointment time. The exam room was very dark. When the PA came to examine my daughter she didn’t even want to walk in the room and talked from the doorway. Then asked if I’d like her to examine my daughter. I will never go back"
"I was able to be seen quickly with an online appointment. The staff was kind and helpful. What I really appreciated was the phone call follow up to see how I was feeling in addition to an update on my lab work. I don’t think I have ever gotten a follow up call from an urgent care provider."
