"Went to urgent on Wednesday, due to an ear infection, was seen rather quickly. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The exam was quick and easy. The reason for the 1 star, went to fill my prescription and they said your eye drops won’t be ready until tomorrow. The doctor wrote the prescription for eye drops!?! I had to call the urgent care because they weren’t responding to the pharmacy. Then they corrected the precipitation but let out how much to dispense. Now it’s Saturday and I still don’t have my medicine. The urgent care said just keep calling us back, these things take time."

"I've come to this urgent care numerous times before and never once have I had a bad experience with this place! The doctors here are amazing and the staff and nurses are super sweet and nice too! It's such a calm environment and feels very welcoming. Everytime I come, they always do their best to figure out what's wrong and understand everything that's going on (symptoms, etc.) If you're looking for a good local urgent care, I highly recommend coming here!"
