"My first time here, was referred by my primary. Definitely busy but office staff keeps patients moving. Medical Assistant asked all questions needed, listened to everything I had to share regarding my allergies. Doctor was the same, answered all my questions and gave me step by step process for my upcoming tests and prescriptions. Hopefully my rating for this office stays the same."

"Everytime I have have tried to go for my first initial consultation this allergy clinic their is a huge line just to get into the office and building. It looks like a COVID 19 line or something. So of you have an appointment at 1pm or so it takes a long time just to go in an he seated and you have to wait your turn even with an appointment. I guess they over book these MediCal patients that will probably lose their insurance in these coming months. Maybe that's why the staff over books appointments. Really disappointing place."

"Dr Anand Trivedi is a great Doctor! He was very patient with me and listened to my problems. He is a very unique personality and I really appreciated his professionalism with me. "To my surprise the wait on my initial appointment was not too long, maybe 25 minutes. Doctor spent some tine time to explain the process, gave my instructions and educational flyers on allergy, had me watch a video before seeing me. Once insurance approved me, I had the tests done in two separate sessions a week apart, than started taking the shots. The waiting room always has 30-40 people waiting but for the shots will be done in max 15 minutes including the 10 minutes mandatory waiting time after the shot. The place is not very clean but is run quite efficient due to large number of daily patients. Overall experience is quite good."

"My son was going to be a new patient. When I called to book appointment I gave the girl my/his insurance information. When I called to verify his appointment time the day before, I asked if my insurance had been verified. I was told it would not be verified until the morning of the appointment. An hour before his appointment they finally call me to notify me that the insurance has been verified and I would have a $40 co-pay for each service rendered. I notified her that he was only going in for a consultation. She said okay. I get to the office and Sign in. I waited for about 30 minutes before I received any paper work to fill out. Turned in paperwork and was shortly called up to collect my co-pay. I already knew that I would have a $40 co-pay for the office visit, which I would of had no problem paying. But then the assistant said it would be $80 for today's visit. I asked why if my office visit is only $40. The assistant told me it was for the breathing test they would be doing. I asked her why am I paying for a breathing test? And another girl replies "that's the process for PPO patients" I asked them how a test can be ordered before even consulting with the doctor. I told her I would pay the $40 for the office visit and consult with the Doctor before we determine what will happen after. The first assistant said she would go ask the doctor if they can even do that. WHAT?! You're going to ask of he can only give a consultation? So she comes back and asks if I would like to speak to the doctor really quick. THAT'S THE POINT OF THE VISIT!!! But at this point I lost all faith and trust in this office. How can you tell someone what they need and HAVE to pay for before evening being examined or even talking to the doctor. I smell crooks!! Canceled the visit and ran out as fast as we could. Will be contacting my insurance to make sure the did not bill any services."
