"This doctor is stuck in 1950s and so is the office. They did not provide accurate codes for my labs, falsely presented inaccurate and contradictory information, and do not use any electronic forms of communication. They baited me into coming into their office twice by advising they would be able to complete the paperwork for my disability, and after using my free annual visit thru my insurance provider with them, they refused to do what they had promised unless I came to see them more frequently which would be paid visits. Don’t bother coming to this doctor unless you want a run around of broken promises, subpar service and lack of care for their patients’ wellbeing."
