"We stayed at the most amazing place "the Castro house"for a cuz reunion recently!! as soon as we arrived we feel in love with the gorgeous decorated home that made you feel "at home"and "very special "at the same time!! It's located walking distance from the beach.. & from town too!! We didn't want to leave...so We plan on making this a yearly event...we told Jill the owner who is great &fun!!"
"If you like charm, beauty, comfort, history, comfortable beds, fireplaces, a fabulous hot tub, a cook's dream of a kitchen, and a private deck with a drop dead gorgeous view of the mountains then you will love the two bedroom apartment at the Castro House. Add to all that you have easy walking distance to the quaint Carpinteria downtown with it's outstanding restaurants and cute shops and a short walk to the world's safest beach. My husband and I stayed 5 wonderful days and we would recommend it to anyone! Your host, Jill Castro, is very accommodating to your every need and a delight to talk to because she knows "everyone" in town and can give you the inside scoop on what to do and see in the area."
