Located just four blocks from the beach and close to main street, our seven beautifully remodeled cottages provide a cozy and comfortable retreat for guests. Each cottage is tastefully decorated with vintage elements and features modern amenities such as beach cruisers, boogie boards, and beach chairs.

Guests can enjoy relaxing on the front porch swing, picking fruit from the property's fruit trees, or using the community barbecue/picnic area. With a 31-night minimum stay required due to city regulations, guests can truly immerse themselves in the local lifestyle and explore all that Carpinteria has to offer.

"There’s a foot note in the website that they only do a minimum of 31 day reservations. Their booking website is misleading because it made it seem like I could book for the weekend but after I made a phone call it was clarified. Also, whoever answered did not give their name and they were very short with their responses. I didn’t appreciate that much. Anyways it looks like such a nice place but not a place for a short stay."

"This is the best little hidden gem to stay in Carpinteria! And these cottages aren't tiny, they are spacious, open and bright with lot's of windows, a large loft and lovely front patio! Loved the vintage decor combined with all the modern appliances, including a washer and dryer and dishwasher! They even included 2 cruiser bikes with beach cottage. We enjoyed using the barbecue and walking through town...once we parked we never had tk move our car until we left."

"Our stay was a great wedding anniversary getaway. It was in a great location, walkable from both the beach and the main shopping/dining street. The cottage had everything we needed, including a full kitchen to allow us to cook and eat take-out during Covid times. Highly recommend!"

"Great place to stay, our only complaint is there are no grab bars to get in & out of shower or bath tub. The unit was very clean, but not much in the way of cleaning supplies for a weekly rental. nice to have a fan, and individual makeup remover wipes."
