"WARNING!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! To explain all the details of my terrible experience with them would take too long. There are so many things racing through my mind about this “business”. Completely unprofessional, they come into work whenever they want, and the just really don’t give a flying F about you. Junior does whatever he wants, including not doing his job. It’s amazing when you go to a place who does your taxes and come to find out two months later they where never turned in. Did they send out a mass email letting people know? No definitely not. When I called to ask about it they said “the only thing you can do is bring your folder in”. They didn’t say one thing about this massive problem that one of their employees created. They might as well have looked me in my eyes and said “go f yourself” The main thing that was so mind blowing was just how much they don’t care. No apology, no compassion, nothing. People rely on their taxes every year, for so many different things, to fix your car that you need for work, maybe their kids need new clothes, new shoes, maybe they need a new refrigerator, or whatever it may be. How can you be so irresponsible with peoples livelihoods? How can you live with yourself? Maybe you don’t see the direct effect of the harm that’s being caused, but it’s out there. I just can’t imagine being so cold and uncaring about a giant problem you’re causing people who are giving you their trust AND THEIR MONEY!!! They should all be ashamed of themselves, and I hope all the people they screwed over rip into them. I hope their karma for this comes back as quickly as possible."
"This place is ovule! The wait time is always bad it takes forever to be next plus the office clerks talk too much to each other because they're all related. Oh yeah! Just in case you didn't know.. They should try to concentrate on their job more and get people's taxes and insurance process a lot faster besides all that the "SON" Miguel Jr has been in jail for possession of drugs and fire arms and is a Scammer.. Why would you do business here???"
