"Communication continues to be a major issue. Can’t contact the clinics directly and all phone numbers go to the same call center. Messages take days to get a response and aren’t effective in certain situations. I would like to see an employee designated in each clinic to whom calls can be transferred to in situations such as time conflicts or medication requests."

"Initial app went good. Was so good to finally be heard about my concerns. Got prescription and was excited to possible have a solution. After 2 weeks of calling they have yet to fill out prior authorization for the prescription and I can’t afford to pay for the prescription out of pocket. CVS has sent the paperwork several times and this location has yet to respond. When I call I get, we’ll let the provider know, oh well escalate it. Mark it urgent. And yet have heard nothing back. Maybe they will see this review and Ill get my prescription."
"I was treated fairly after having a little confrontation with a nurse. After going back to the room. I was asked the question "Why are you here to be seen? " I started to answer because I had several important issues in which I needed medication and a medical diagnosis on a wound I had that was originally treated at the ER. I called to ensure that I would be able to address this issue previous to my appointment as directed by the ER. She informed me that the doctor would not be able to see me for that reason. Because my appointment was for a physical to establish care. As I was a new patient. I started to argue with her and tell I had called previously and was told I could receive care for this reason at this time. She said no you can only be seen now for your most urgent issues. I insisted again that I had called and what Ii had been informed. She rolled her eyes at me. I told ok that's great you rolled your eyes at me. She insisted she didn't and left the room. A moment later the clinic supervisor came in and took over doing what the nurse was doing, completing check in process for new patients. He was very kind, and accepting of my situation. Everything was very good after that, he explained that they are short staffed and unable to go over every issue I may have at this time. He was apologetic and understanding to my needs. I adjusted my priorities and we continued to work together to complete my medical history making it possible to see the doctor. The doctor was very helpful and knowledgeable I left feeling grateful and satisfied for the care I received. There was a follow-up appointment scheduled to address my other needs and to follow-up on the medical recommendations received from the doctor to better my health. Including recommendations for the wound that was originally treated at the ER. This is a very good place!"
