"The hispanic woman with glasses at the front was rude, no customer service skills. How in this day do people not know how to interact. I dont talk to people in a rude way and I expect to be spoken to with the same level of respect. I arrived for my appt and was asked to wait they were doing computer work? Checking someone else in? Although there was no else in line I waited close to 10 mins for the woman to call me- mind you I needed to check in or I would miss my appt time. I spoke up so I wouldnt miss my appt after driving an hour to get to this location. I managed to get the names of the women working in front; Phoebe Pilar and Kristy my best guess would be Pilar if I based my guess on ethnicity. We need to do better."

"What an incredible community service to have accessible and affordable health care. The people that are complaining about waiting an hour or half an hour is laughable, do they not understand this is better and faster care than if you have insurance."

"They ask you to block off 30 min before and after appt time because they might call you early or late. Waited over an hour from check in call to hear from provider and I had to call in and ask if I was still going to receive a call. Provider - Jessica - was unhelpful and unprofessional, but I did receive the service I called in for so that’s worth 1 star. Billed me $70 for the long wait and a 15 min call with the provider."

"They accepted my insurance fully, the women were so kind and understanding, they went out of their way to give me the services I needed because I came 3.5 hours to be seen. The wait time or the timing in general is a little long but it's worth it! My care providers were amazing!"

"Scheduled an appointment over the phone where I informed the lady I had Kaiser insurance along with medical. There seemed to be no issue until I showed up at the office where they informed me I wasn’t going to be able to be seen because I had Kaiser. I feel like everything could have been avoided had this been explained over the phone."
