"Worst experience ever….what’s the purpose of encouraging a patient to make an appointment for you to only have them waiting in their car for an hour.? The most unprofessional experience I’ve had in medical care . So much that I don’t trust this establishment with handling my care . I already dont feel well and now I have to go to another place for care . Front desk staff offered no apology and acted like this was normal business. I would not recommend this place. I asked for my copay back and left. I’m very upset . Will register complaint with health plan as well."

"Came in for an issue that didn't need ER but still should have been seen for... urgently. Was told they didn't have any appointments left?? Excuse me? It's an urgent care that advertises "walk-ins welcome" but because I "didn't have an appointment" they couldn't see me. Sorry next time I plan to cut myself horribly I'll make sure to have an appointment already. Absolutely a disservice to the community. Northbay needs to do better if it wants to maintain it's so called "close to home" mission. I know better than to clog up the ER with this so I guess I'll have to wait a day for an "appointment" with my bleeding, open wound."

"I went in to submit a urine sample on a Saturday, got a phone call on the following Tuesday from the receptionist saying that it was a lab error during testing so I had to go back in to resubmit another sample. So Day's pass with no update so I reach out to them the following Saturday and the doctor finally responds around midnight via text with a update regarding my results. I believe they either lost or mishandled my first sample and put me on the back burner until I reached out complaining. They handled my processing very poorly and unprofessional. I will not ever come back to this establishment especially if their lab can't even handle a simple urine test in a timely manner."

"Made appointment at 9:45 and still in the room without any help until 10:30 A nurse full of attitude for a person who is in pain Just go there if you are not in pain, because there is nothing that says urgent care. You ask where is the doctor and they say it is busy… guess what… no one is there! I bet all the good reviews down here is from family and friends… or people who had no pain and just came for nothing, ugh"

"Got turned away at the door 2 hours before closing when I came for my 10 month old. They said I should have made an appt. That’s the whole point in an urgent care! When you can’t get in for an appt with a regular doctor but need to be seen asap! She just had en eye infection and needed eye drops so 6 hours in an ER didn’t seem reasonable either. She was also very rude. I suggest Not coming here unless you have the luxury of knowing you’ll need an urgent care in advance. It was 2 hours before they even closed!"
