"I was referred here by my primary physician out of Valley health plan (VHP). The front desk failed to verify the insurance before the appointment date and time. They went ahead and scheduled me. I arrived today from my appointment I waited for about four months only to find out that they don’t accept my insurance… This is rude And inconsiderate of a person’s time. Next, they were trying to offer me to pay cash ($200) for the appointment, not even being aware of financial rules (patients under state insurance lose their coverage if they pay cash for ANY medical appointments). I’m disappointed in the clinics failure to do some thing as simple as validating insurance prior to the visit."
