"I went here for a woman wellness exam and the experience was good overall. The wait was a bit long (around 30-40 minutes) but everyone was super nice from the receptionists at table #1, 2 to the nurses that saw me. The only person who was rude and a bit aggressive was the phlebotomist. I didn't realize that I had missed the number on the screen that indicates when your turn is for the blood tests so I asked the receptionist what to do. She was very kind and told me to speak to the phlebotomist and that it shouldn't be a problem. I spoke to the phlebotomist about it and she was really frustrated and dismissive when I apologized for missing my turn. I told her it's my first time here and that I didn't realize my mistake till later. She then told me to sit down and called me in a few minutes later for the bloodwork. Maybe she was having a bad morning. All in all, I'm still happy I was able to get the blood work drawn on the same day. I didn't mind the 40 minute wait too much. The waiting room was quiet and clean."

"We had appointment yesterday around 3:50pm With Dr. Meera Bhateja, We was waiting more than 50 minutes to call us she is a rude Dr. When I ask her we are waiting more than 50 minutes she become angry and told us we have to changed our Doctor she doesn’t know to manage the patient appointment time She has to value the patient appointment time All the patient has bad experience with her Because of her bad attitude and waiting more than the appointment time in the lobby Note: other staff and nurse are good people"

"I love the service that this clinic gives. When I call with a problem they get back with you within the hour. Unlike another popular clynic nearby who takes severyal days."

"Dr. Stephanie Chu was the most impatient doctor I have ever visited. I don’t know if it’s because she’s not my pcp, but with that much impatience and zero compassion she is just unprofessional(and I’m using nice words here). I ended up leaving the clinic feeling angry and mistreated. The only two stars are for the staff and nurses because they are nice."

"I've been seeing this guy for 3 years. I stopped in there today without an appointment at 1:45 and they got me out of there by 3 pm. I was very happy that they were able to see me and give me a prescription for my sinus infection. This place doesn't like walk-in patients but they do allow them. They also gave me the referral that I needed to a different doctor."
