"I went here a couple of times, and my experiences have always been positive. I was very skeptical because of the negative reviews, but it goes to show that the patient has to visit for themselves. My doctor, Chu, has been on top of things, and I've been getting appointments very early instead of waiting for months. She even sends my prescriptions on time to pharmacies, sends referrals very fast, and her assistants call me back. The other physicians and medical assistants have treated me with respect and kindness. Despite reading about patients having to be on hold for so long, I have not had that issue yet. Every time I call them, I can always schedule an appointment. The only thing I don't like is the limited parking. Otherwise, I'm glad I was transferred here. Update: I want to thank my dietitian and doctor for their weight loss program. Dietitian Sneha Jain and Dr. Chu know what they're talking about, and her diet plan helped me lose 40+ pounds after being stuck around 165+ pounds. It feels so good having obese off my record. I feel so much better knowing I'm in shape now. Sneha will give you the sources, but it is up to YOU to make the change for weight loss. Now my weight limit is 10 pounds. Haha!"

"Been here for 7 years but recently, it has been going downhill. Sometimes I don't even see my primary doctor for months or years. Same as my mom, she has diabetes and only see her doctor every 3-4 months. Staff is nice but sometimes when you call to schedule an appointment they just hang up on you. I recommend other clinics just incase."

"Staff and Drs are good on site, however Had hard time with call center ladies, called 4 times as this was first time with NHC , they were pretty rude and having hard time to find anything on their system. Hope things go smooth in future. finger crossed"

"Needed to see my primary care provider and was told 10 weeks. Then was told I can see another provider sooner so I said yes- that appointment was 8 weeks out. That was followed up with you can call to see if there was a cancellation tomorrow. I called 3 times on 3 separate days only to be told to call back the next morning at 7am. I called like informed and got a call service with a guy who sounded like he’d been up all night and really disliked his job- I was then told I had to call back at 8:30 for an appointment. I asked to speak to a doc and - finally was able to speak with the on call physician only to be told there is nothing she can do and I need to be seen by my primary doctor. And to call back at 8:3 when they open to make an appointment. At this point I could probably treat myself"
