Today I called, explained why I was calling, was told I was actually a new patient and needed to see a different Dr and group, got transferred to a woman who was not accommodating or helpful at all. She had me re explain everything and then said I was going to see the original Dr and group so I had to spend the time telling two different people the background to only end up trying to get in with the same dr as originally. Maybe this was after she ran my insurance, but I have PPO so can go anywhere so hard to imagine why so long. Anyhow, very frustrating experience and now having to start with Primary who will likely refer me back there anyhow. UGH..."
