"My Agent, Robin Austin, worked tirelessly to correct totally erroneous and false information on the insurance inspection which was done shortly after I got my policy. If if were not for her I would have taken my business elsewhere. The only thing that I have been at all displeased with, regarding Castle, was the said "inspection". I don't know who they were or what qualifications they allegedly possessed but their knowledge of construction and real estate was sorely lacking. I had to spend hours taking pictures and providing information to refute their incompetent inspection. Robin then passed this information on to the chief inspector for Stillwater, and resolved the problem. I am highly impressed with her attention to spending what was no doubt a great deal of her time and effort to correct this issue."
