"Like other reviewers, I was expecting a quick and impersonal appointment, but instead received a full hour of attention from Sharon. She was kind and patient, and had already investigated my itinerary based on information I supplied when booking the appointment, and went over everything very thoroughly. This place would rate 5 stars (or more!) if it weren't for the cost, which is more than double what you will pay at Walgreens. However, Passport Health will vaccinate young children who are too young for the clinic at Walgreens. At Walgreens I paid $100 for Typhim Vi and $193 for the Yellow Fever vaccine (both with GOODRX discount) for myself. At Passport (for my toddler) the fees were $213 for Typhim Vi and a whopping $394 for Yellow Fever, plus the $100 office visit fee. Prices are not listed on the website, but you can call and ask. With the amount of time and attention they give to each appointment, it is not surprising that they need to upcharge in order to have a viable business. I appreciated that I was provided with a comprehensive bill for the appointment, including all the codes (NDC, CPT, ICD-10) and other information that would be needed to get reimbursed by insurance ... if my insurance actually covered travel vaccines, which it unfortunately does not. I found Passport Health to be efficient, fast, and professional. I will definitely go there again for any travel vaccines that I can't get more cheaply at a local drug store (typically I am happy to do my own research to determine what vaccines are needed for a particular destination, etc)."

"Expensive but likely worth it. Actually convinced me out of a few vaccines that I didn’t really need. I feel much more confident that I got the full picture here; other nearby travel clinics made me very nervous about whether they knew what they were talking about… Kind and patient staff - somehow my provider gave me 4 vaccines without much pain at all. Well versed in all the context around which vaccines are actually necessary, didn’t pressure me to buy anything, super patient and flexible with her time."

"The woman that helped me was so professional, kind, made me feel comfortable I was there. Explained everything to me and details and let me know what Pain I would get with the shots. What is my first time getting these type of things done being the first time out of the country and she made it very easy for me."

"Definitely glad I chose this place. Super informative about every immunization I should get for my trip. The provider also went through each vaccine needed or suggested, my history, and general precautions and tips to take in my travels and provided resources to look back on if needed. I was able to get everything done for my trip to Africa in one spot making it super convenient. It was def pricey, but that’s healthcare system in general, but it’s def quality care and I’d recommend. Especially if you don’t like researching you’ll be greatly informed."

"My appointment with Erica was very good. She had prepared a booklet in advance with information tailored to my upcoming travel destinations, and we discussed the various options for immunizations. I found her to be very personable, well informed, and easy to talk with, and I didn't feel pressured to do anything that I didn't feel comfortable with. The entire process was quick and painless. I would definitely recommend using this clinic. My only suggestion would be that the company website show the price list for their services, so that patients would know what to expect in terms of cost before they show up at the clinic."
