Alliance Medical Group in San Pablo

"As a retired Executive Director of Health Clinics I feel I am qualified to write this review. I have tried on multiple occasions to make an appointment to get ultra sound exams at this office. I always wait 48 hours after a physician fax them the orders. This should be adequate as their employees told me they should need only 24 hours. It took10 days and 4 1/2 hours on the phone and 6 additional fax sent for them to find my physician's orders. . When I asked for a supervisor or manager for this office I was told there wasn't one. That's not true and I plan on meeting with them. 10+days to get an ultrasound sound done is unacceptable. Lying to me that there is no supervisor unacceptable. Their excuse for taking so long was my physician didn't put my phone number on the orders. Medical records are filed by name and birth date not phone numbers This is the third time they have been unable to make an appointment because they can't find a physician's orders. I intend to get to the bottom of this problem and I will update this review accordingly."

"Extremely pleased with this group (the old Alliance Medical group, now affiliated with Stanford Health). Ditto for its other office in Pinole. My new PCP, Dr. Nasir, is very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. The staff here and at their Pinole location is also very friendly and helpful. Vast improvement over my prior 2-year relationship with Stanford Health's Emeryville facility. Glad I made the move."

"Dr Battle saw me because my primary care Dr was not available and I believe he is a God sent. He explained why I need the meds I was talking and how they worked which I never got from my other primary Dr . Needless to say he is now my primary. And he is not disappointing me for changing up. He makes my feel like he really cares. Thank you Dr. Battle for being so kind and caring."

Dr. Roller set me up with several referrals right away with specialists from Stanford, I am so much more confident with my health care now. You may not realize just how substandard your care has been until you find good doctors. This is the place for great doctors."

"I have been going to the Towne Center office in San Pablo for several years. They have always been courteous and efficiently helpful. The door person always opens the door for me and offers me water. On my last visit she went beyond the call of duty by passing along information from my wife who had to leave because of a personal problem. The red headed Sonja at the scheduling desk always cheers me up with her good humor and provides the best service and information anyone could expect. I always look forward to my visits because it is such a pleasant experience."
