"Poor customer service with the front desk staff, didn’t disclose about the 10 minutes late policy, didn’t answer the phone and was accusing the customer being late for 20 minutes. I tried to call and ask if it’s ok to come in late for 10-15 minutes, no one answered and said I didn’t leave a voicemail and told me they were on lunch from 2 to 3pm like I should be knowing all their policy. Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. Won’t be back to this office anymore."

"My dental experience was great. The one suggestion that I have is that the exam rooms and equipment be a little more cleaner. I should not see dust bunnies on the equipment. Or the floors looking like they have not been swept. Another small suggestion, the Receptionist should not be allowed to eat at the desk. It shows unprofessionally."
