"Here's what you can expect at your first visit: A "comprehensive exam" that is supposed to be 2 hours, in reality it was 30 minutes of waiting in the lobby, then 1 hr. and 15 minutes of an examination. They will read your intake form while you are there. They will say a lot of, "Hmm, that's interesting", but then not follow-up with any interesting information. This visit will cost you $575. I literally left the appointment with no take-aways. Then they will recommend running a bunch of tests that will not be covered by your insurance. This will cost you approximately $1000-$1500. Subsequent visit(s): Then they will not post the results of the tests you paid for (out-of-pocket), until your follow-up appointment. The follow-up appointment will cost you an additional $300. If you have thousands of dollars that you don't mind dispensing to this place- go ahead. But if you don't, I would not recommend this place. I was very excited about this appointment, I am a believer in holistic medicine and acupuncture; but I left there profoundly disappointed. Read a book, listen to a podcast, and go elsewhere if you want to actually learn anything about your body. This place is a highway robbery. Plan to pay exorbitant costs for mediocre service."

"Dr.Sally Lamont is incredible. This type of medicine requires commitment on all levels for it to work best. Yes, it’s expensive, but I go back every few years for an acute problem or overall general health, invest my time, money, and energy into their protocol and always-I am healed. This is a place to come if you’re ready to change your habits and lifestyle for the best and over time improve your life with help from them. It’s not the western medicine model, this is deep and addresses the root causes which is what I appreciate so much about them. I wish normal medicine at Kaiser included this level of preventative medicine but society isn’t there yet so we have to pay a lot and Dr.Sally Lamont is worth it. I’ve only had great experiences here but again, one must follow the protocols to get the most out of the financial investment. Thank you for your service!"

"This is a great place to go deeper on labs and hormones. I credit MNMC with helping me stop the progression of my heart disease. Also, they helped me navigate the optimization of my bloodwork and digestion. They identified candida and 2 types of parasites and wrote the protocol that reversed this situation, which helped me heal leaky gut and tamp down on general inflammation, which positively impacted my sleep and thinking. I see Sally Lamont in addition to working with Kaiser, as I know Kaiser is never going to spend an hour going through each line of a bloodwork profile. The experience and knowledge in this regard is impressive. They get stuck working with people who haven't found cures via conventional medications, which is both an opportunity and challenge. Understanding no doctor can heal everyone, I enthusiastically endorse going the natural and much deeper - ROOT CAUSE route. These are good people. I wouldn't be scared off by some of the negative reviews."

"This is a money hungry office that does not look out for the best interest of their patients. Dr. Todd Maderis prescribes costly IV treatments that are not FDA approved. They do not work and his ego is hurt when you point that out. He switches your treatment plan to another treatment plan with little to no explanation and will switch the plan many times. This office expects you to be prepared to shell out many thousands of dollars for experimental treatments that likely won’t work. Dr. Todd Maderis will ignore you if you tell him that you believe the treatment isn’t working. Even worse, he will discharge you from his practice with little to no explanation if he feels that you are questioning his motives or reasons for his prescribed treatment plan. The office will also refuse to to show you the labs that you paid hundreds or thousands of dollars to have performed unless you go to a follow up appointment to review the results. I asked to see my lab results prior to an appointment so that I could prepare questions for my costly $350 30 minute appointment and the office refused and said they would be given to me at my appointment. I feel sorry for anyone who steps foot in this office. Be prepared to waist many thousands of dollars and leave disappointed."

"My daughter who is 18 was misdiagnosed by Marin natural medicine No blood tests just “ intuitive medicine”. I spent over $1000 on iv ‘s, her appointment and herbal products that were recommended. Two days after starting the herbs, she had a gallbladder attack. She said the herbs were making her feel worse. A week later she was properly diagnosed by a different doctor. We were told by later by their doctor not to use the herbs we purchased from them as she realized she gave us the wrong supplements. I asked for a refund for the herbs. The office said no way. I did not select the herbs myself. The doctor told me they were going to be helpful. A week later the doctor said don’t take these herbs as she heard my daughter was diagnosed with a gallbladder issue. The office staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful, especially the office manager Amber. I would never go back to Marin Natural medicine. I never write reviews for bad business but decided to this time because I feel taken advantage of. When I told the office manager Amber I was going to write a poor review she said no problem, we always get bad reviews taken down anyways. Then she said we’re not allowed to come back to her clinic. And they will dischargee her. I am assuming so they can discredit this review, as I told them I was going to write a negative review. I would’ve never taken my daughter back to the clinic anyways. I found the whole experience very disturbing and highly unprofessional. Amber the office manager was incredibly rude and unkind."
