"I have lived here for a year and a half with my family of three, my cat Cutie, and my dog Milly, and so far it is a very nice park. It has a beautiful view of konocti, it has its own personal laundry mat. It is quiet and peaceful with no crime once so ever thanks to our very kind and responsible manager Wane who patrols and watches the security surveillance cameras 24-7. This place has a community exchange Bench, cardboard, garbage and yard waste area and mailboxes. This park is a mesh of ages, was built in 1940's and be careful, it has a family of four raccoons. The neighbors here are very kind and helpful like a community. Wane is consistently upgrading the park and says what isues have to be met, and the first person to ask any questions to. This park is safe and I highly recommend living here."

"I like this place. The manager is friendly, yet protective. He's like the dad/boss & when he's around no one messes around, so makes the park.feel safe. I've been here for a year, and not a single thing has "disappeared" from my porch, (a first in the 15 yrs that I've been in Lake County). The neighbors are friendly too. The park is kept tidy by most everyone here. And it's not so overcrowded as most of the other parks around the lake. I like it here."

"I moved to this park about a month ago and I'm loving it here! First place that has felt like home in a long time. The onsite manager, Wayne, has made me feel so welcome. My space was super clean when I arrived and he has been diligent in addressing any and all issues I've had fast and efficiently. He really is an asset to this park. The park is clean, the people are friendly, it's got a breath taking view of konocti mountain and the lake. It's a quiet and peaceful place to live. It's a mesh of ages and has a few kids in the park as well as elderly so it's a great variety of folks here. I give it my highest recommendation⁰of all the parks I've been to, which is a lot... this is by far my very favorite!!"

"Moved into our home in July and we love it here. Automatically felt welcome by the manager, Wayne, and neighbors. Park is very clean and monitored. Gorgeous view of the water and centrally located. Close to Resturant’s, stores , banks etc… Grounds are well manicured and maintained by management. This park has a very homey feeling to it and it is safe."
