I didn't expect s follow up call for a few days, they called me that afternoon for some follow-up and verification questions. I was told that a representative from the branch would be in touch with me, once again I thought it would be a few day, no, it was a few minutes. She asked a few more simple questions, made an appointment the next day and was willing to juggle her lunch around to accommodate me. She was professional, helpful, and kind. She explained everything to me, we signed papers and I was done! All in less than 2 days, and I will get my card and secured funds released in a few days.
