"This place was wonderful and the staff was amazing. And we're not even there normal customers. I wanted to share my experience so people know how great the people are who work here. My aunt from Dallas-Fort Worth Texas dropped and broke her frames. So we went in there with a bottle of super glue panicking what to do. Because she couldn't see well enough to use her phone and she had to make two connecting flights plus finish her vacation. The gentleman in there said I'll see what I can do pointed us to the discount rack of frames. He found an almost perfect match put together and fixed her glasses, like brand new using her existing lenses and clean them professionally. We got out of there for like $60 and 20 minutes and we were all smiles. He even adjusted the frames to fit her face comfortably. He didn't try to upsell us, up charge us, or even push us into the more expensive frames. He understood our situation and what we needed and he matched it perfectly. I would recommend this place to anybody. Thank you for your excellent customer service!"

"I bought replacement frames online to replace the frames i had broken. i absolutely could not get the screws out holding the demo lenses in to put my lenses in. i had stripped out the screws and cut up my hands with different screwdrivers. i brought them in and the person that runs this store swapped the lenses out in moments during our conversation without me even noticing he was doing it. i was completely blown away and i am so happy to have my glasses working again. i cannot overstate how happy i am. the person who runs this store is a master of this stuff, i highly recommend."
