"So I was booked for an 12 noon appointment but didn’t get serviced until a hour later . Granted there was many cars in front of me but I was there from 12-2pm . Then had to turn back around to come to get the service I got fix because oil light has came back on. Then in the waiting area those who work here is talking very rude to each other and loud about the issue going on. This company isn’t bad at all just need some improvements."

"I was very disappointed with my service last week. First of all, I had an 11:30am appointment for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. They did not get my car in until 12:55pm. It would have been nice if they had given me an update during my wait time, but they did not. After my car was finished, I realized they did not take care of 2 of the other things I had asked them to do. 1 - I had asked them to fill my tires and to clear my Tire Pressure alert. I got in my car to leave and realized it wasn't fixed. I told them to look as I was in the car and none of the tires had been checked, even though they lied and told me they had. They still didn't clear the message. I had to come home and google how to do it. 2 - They did not wash my car. Not a huge deal, really, but I am a preferred member and they said they would take care of it. This dealership is conveniently located to me, but I cannot see going back, especially if I need anything more major than what I had just gone in for."
