"My pedicure was just ok, the water went cold not too long after we started. The manicure I received, although, express felt rushed and left me unsatisfied with how unclean the paint job and shape up was. My overall experience at the Spa was very lackluster, and not worth the price at all."

"From the incredibly kind, accommodating staff to the gorgeous lakefront location, this spa offers such a unique and ideal experience. There are so many services to choose from, with handpicked technicians and staff members. The first time I visited, the Spa Director personally greeted and checked me in, she answered all my questions and helped me select the right treatments for me, and she has remembered me each time I have gone back. She even helped me sign up for Pilates on the docks, which was a perfect setting to start the morning. I got a full tour and access to the locker rooms, whirlpool , sauna, and other amenities in the waiting area. I felt very taken care of and got everything I wanted and needed. I will absolutely be back and I will recommend this spa to anyone & everyone in the Madison area!"

"Horrible experience! Worst spa day ever! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I made massage and facial appointments on two separate occasions months apart. Both times a person calls in sick and I find out less than an hour before my appointments. So both times no massage, and this time facial had to be rescheduled to much later so no facial. Whoever manages and runs this spa has no clue what they're doing! Please fire them. Then was told I would be comped a free lunch at the State House, but the spa manager never called the restaurant. They couldn't even figure out how to do that right. Also lunch sucked! All of our dishes were bad. I would only recommend dinner at the State House. Edgewater Spa I will never visit you're facilities in my life again. Thanks for ruining my wife's birthday, and mine. I will be checking out other spas now around the Madison area (Kneaded Relief, Sundara)."
