"I have been to this nail salon three different times two out of the three times I got A full set and once I got a fill. I was overcharged and paid $70 each time whether it was a fill or full set. Today when I made my appointment I asked how much was the price of a full set and I was told $50. I received a full set and because they were getting ready to close, the owner had her husband do a part of my service. He was rude. I spoke to him and said hello he did not speak back. He also was talking about my nails to the rest of the nail technicians, and they all giggled and laughed. When he finished, I still told him thank you and he never dignified me with the response. For the full set that I got the color I chose was cat eyes. The owners husband did not give me cat eye polish and I was still charged $70. That is a $20 difference than what I was told over the phone when I got no design, no add-ons. When I questioned the price, I was told because I asked for “ Long nails” that’s why I was charged an additional $20. Which is ridiculous! The owner could tell that I was not buying what she was trying to sell to me in terms of me being overcharged an additional $20 because I asked for “long nails” so then she says oh it Is $65. Still $15 more than what I was quoted on the phone when I have no special designs no add-ons. The lady that did my nails filed and drilled my nails down to the cuticle to the point where my cuticles are bleeding and sore, and I’m in a lot of pain! I will never return to this place! If you choose to continue to go, I suggest you do so with caution. If I could give this place zero stars, I would do that."

"I am very disappointed in the most recent service of a classic pedicure. I have been coming to this salon for pedicures/manicures for years. Over the weekend, my boyfriend from out of state visited. I wanted to treat him for a pedicure at my favorite nail salon. The staff was rude when he walked in, the pedicure was 20 minutes, the individual doing the pedicure didn’t seem to care about taking her time and doing a thorough job. My boyfriends feet were left with flakes on his heels/feet, the skin around his nails was not properly taken care of, they did not put any oil or topical clear polish, etc. I am very disappointed in the service given to my boyfriend. He expressed to me that he felt as if he was given a poor service because of him being a black man. He felt very unwelcome there and wanted to leave immediately during the start of his pedicure."

"I was very pleased with the results of my gel manicure and pedicure, and at a reasonable price. The gel polish didn't chip until 4 weeks after, and the pedicure polish didn't chip until 6 weeks. They were very accommodating to my vision for my nails, including the square shaping, even though my nails were so short. Next time, though, I will ask to not have my cuticles trimmed, as they were cut a little too closely and bled."

"Nail tech Kayla at table 5 is great! Loved my nail shape (square with round edges) and dip powder manicure lasted a month!! Been here twice both times were great and quick service!"

"One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a public setting. At that a nail salon! Such an unfriendly environment. I don't know the persons name that was doing my nails. He was so rude and didn’t say a word. He was very rough as well. I spent a lot of money. This was also my first time getting Acrylics and I'm so unhappy. Would never come here again. Terrible customer service. :("
