"I’ve been coming to Valencia for a few months now. Lisa (owner/manager) does beautiful work. I will say, my experience overall does change depending on who is doing my fill and there are employees with whom I have not the best experience, because of a skill deficit and/or language barrier. I’ve settled into a routine and usually get the same tech now (Lisa or another talented lady whose name is escaping me currently) and I like my results. There have been times where I’ve have come back because of chips/breaks/flakes and they fix it for free, which I definitely appreciate."

"Went to get my nails done because my friend loves this place and first thing I was pressured to get tips multiple times to which i said no I’d like my natural nail length. Then I picked the colors and chrome powder. At the end my nails are super thick and chubby. My nail lady put around 5 or 6 coats of top coat on and they are huge! The facility is very pretty but service was sub par for a $60 dip powder set."

"Been to 3 other salons in the area and they all turned out to be huge mistakes. Now I set appointments so I don't make those mistakes again. Really love this place! Update: Still the only salon I go to! I've been going about 5 years faithfully. Always do a great job, great employees, nice place. Whenever I come in with a design, it always looks as good or better than what I showed them. Love these ladies ❤️"

The place is nicely done - It's cozy, modern and always clean (one of the things I always look for a salon) -Everyone is so kind extremely hospitable. Service is excellent- Lisa, is my nail tech. Lisa is friendly and very professional - she takes her time to make sure that my nails are done just the way I wanted - I'm beyond happy with my nails! Every visit is always a wonderful experience..."
