"Purchased a special for the red light therapy one day and used it the following week. Lobby is warm and welcoming as is the staff. Check in was smooth. Decided to do the sauna for the first visit as opposed to the light. Wooo. I should have asked for the full 45 minutes instead of a shorter time. It’s private, clean, roomy and provides you a towel once you’re done. I felt SO good after the session. I can’t wait to go back today for round two! Check this place out and you will be glad you did! "The tanning experience is nice, but signed me up for the wrong membership and got no reimbursement or credit at the store. The lady “helping” me was also on the phone with a car place trying to get her car fixed while trying to help me."
"I have had several issues with this salon. -When signing up for an account and signing the wavers in store the staff member explained what each document was, but never gave me the documents to read. She told me to read the document and sign the signature pad (even through there was no document to read) . She would walk away for a few minutes each time after asking me to sign the document. Even if I wanted to ask for a paper copy of the document, no one was at the counter to ask. -I was never given a receipt of any kind, even after asking for one. -I asked about procedures for canceling my membership and was told I could call in to cancel. I called 3 times in 3 days and today was the first time I got someone to answer the phone. Today I called to cancel after a month of my membership and was told that I CANNOT cancel over the phone. +I gave them 2 stars because the facility was always clean and I believe my experience is based on just a couple staff members, but sadly it had a big affect on my experience at this establishment."
